Complimentary Rooms	Number of allocated complimentary rooms.
Out Of Order Rooms	Number of rooms that are in out of order status.
Total Rooms Available	The total number of available rooms for the current date.
Number of Stayovers	Number of stayovers on the given date.
Number of Arrivals	Number of guest arrivals on the given date.
Number of Departures	Number of guest departures on the given date.
Current Rooms To Sell	Number of available rooms that can be sold.
Projected Rooms To Sell	Number of projected rooms that can be sold. It is calculated as: Current rooms to sell – Blocked rooms.
Group UnConfirmed Rooms	Number of rooms that are yet to be picked up by groups.
Current Rooms Occupied Clean	Number of occupied rooms which have a clean housekeeping status.
Current Rooms Vacant Clean	Number of vacant rooms which have a clean housekeeping status.
Arrivals Guaranteed Rooms	Number of rooms where the guest arrivals are guaranteed.
Arrivals Non-GTD Rooms	Number of rooms where the guest arrivals are non-guaranteed.
Current Occupancy Percentage	Percentage of occupied rooms.
Current Room Revenue	Amount of revenue generated through the occupied rooms.
Current Average Room Rate	Average room rate of a single room.
Current Number Of Guests	Number of guests in all reservations for the day.
Current Average Guests Per Room	It is calculated as: Total Number of rooms/total number of guests.
Current Average Rate Per Guest	It is calculated as: Total room revenue/total number of guests.
Projected Occupancy Percentage	The occupancy percentage of total sold rooms, unpicked rooms and 6 pm room bookings.
Projected Room Revenue	It is calculated as: Total room revenue + Total Non GTD rooms rate + total unpicked room rate.
Projected Average Room Rate	It is calculated as: ((Total room revenue + Total Non GTD rooms rate + total unpicked room rate)/total rooms excluding the ones with out of order status)
Projected Number of Guests	The total number of guests in total sold rooms, unpicked rooms and 6 pm room bookings.
Projected Average Guests Per Room	It is calculated as: Total number of guests/total rooms occupied
Projected Average Rate Per Guest	It is calculated as: Total room revenue from total sold rooms, unpicked rooms and 6 pm room bookings / Number of guests.
